June 1, Hagerstown Cruise In at Hoffman Chevrolet
hosted by HMCCC to benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children

It was a hot, hot, hot day! Many thanks to the members and guests who came out to Hoffman for the day. We had only 27 vehicles on display, but those who were there helped to raise $500.00 to donate to Shriners.

Hoffman’s was a great place to hold the event and they were great to work with. We even gave away five trophies:

with an ‘87 Mustang
 Hoffman Sales Dept Choice went to Mike Kefauver
with a ’59 English Ford
 Hoffman Parts Dept Choice went to Sam Hough with
a ’68 Corvette
 Hoffman Admin Dept Choice went to Marsha Zimmerman
with a ’55 Chevy
 Shriners Choice went to Jim Riggs with a ’57 Chevy

Dave Petrucci won $79 in the 50/50 and kept $40 for gas and donated the rest back to the Shriners. Thanks, Dave!
After the show, some folks headed for home to recuperate from the heat, while others headed down to Leesburg for their in the streets celebration and car show. And others headed to Hagerstown for their cruise night to pass out flyers.
