What a delightful weekend! We were treated to beautiful weather and Marsha did a fantastic job organizing another fun Fall Cruise. We headed out on Saturday morning and stopped in Sperryville, VA for some shopping and lunch.


Then on to Gordonsville, VA to check into our hotel and have dinner and a Ghost Tour at the Exchange Hotel, which was a receiving hospital during the Civil War - a good place to find a lot of ghosts!




Sunday morning, we enjoyed breakfast and then off to Monticello for a wonderful day. Many of us who have been in this area all our lives had never been to Monticello and really enjoyed the day. After leaving Monticello, we cruised up the road and had a great dinner at the Blue Ridge Grill in Leesburg, said our goodbyes and headed for home

Many thanks to Marsha for a great weekend!
